Water damage questions
What does it cost?
Frontline Restoration does not publish flat prices because every water loss is different. We offer a free inspection to assess the damage, explain the scope of work, and work with your insurance company. Call (305) 542-5253 and a crew can come out to look at your property.
How fast should it start?
Start as soon as possible. Standing water begins damaging drywall, flooring and framing within hours, and untreated moisture can lead to mold within 24 to 48 hours. That is why Frontline Restoration dispatches crews 24/7. Call as soon as you find water, even if you are not sure how bad it is.
Do you offer 24/7 extraction?
Yes. Frontline Restoration is available around the clock, seven days a week, for emergency water extraction across Miami and South Florida. Call (305) 542-5253 at any hour. We send a crew with industrial pumps and vacuums to remove standing water, then begin the drying work.
Extraction or full restoration?
Water extraction is the first step: removing standing water. Full restoration also includes thermal imaging to find hidden moisture, structural drying, mold prevention and repairs, so the property is actually dry and safe, not just free of standing water. Skipping the drying steps is how mold and warped floors show up later.
What do I do before you arrive?
If it is safe, stop the water at the source by closing the main valve, switch off power to wet areas, and move valuables to dry rooms. Take photos of the damage for your insurance claim. Then call us and we will walk you through the next steps while the crew is on the way.
Are you IICRC certified and licensed?
Yes. Frontline Restoration is IICRC certified for water, fire and mold restoration work, and holds Florida State Certified General Contractor license CGC048553. You can verify the license number with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation before any work begins.
Prefer a callback?
