Common questions
How fast can you respond after a storm?
We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, and we send a crew as soon as we can after your call. Roof tarps, board-up and leak control come first to keep further weather out, then we assess the roof and the rooms below it.
Do you handle the insurance side of storm roof damage?
We handle the documentation and work with your insurance company. We record the damage with photos and written notes, explain what we found, and work with your insurance company on your behalf. Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer, and we cannot promise an outcome on any claim.
What if the leak has already damaged the inside of my home?
Our water damage team handles that, so one company can tarp the roof and dry the rooms below it. We assess the roof and the interior together, protect the property first, then dry and restore the affected areas once the water source above is stopped.
How much does storm roof damage repair cost?
It depends on what the storm did, so we do not publish flat prices because every roof is different. We start with a free inspection, explain what we find, and give you options before any work begins. Emergency tarping is arranged first if the roof is open.
